Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, our refund policy is designed to protect both hygiene standards and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility for Refunds
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Sale and limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
How to Request a Refund
Email amscosmetics.coo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
