Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Sale and limited-edition items are final sale

**Damaged or incorrect items:** contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

**How to request a return: email amscosmetics.coo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved and received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
